This Agreement is a public offer agreement between the Internet store [URL], hereinafter referred to as the "Site", and the user of the services of the Internet store, hereinafter referred to as the "Customer", and defines the terms of purchasing goods through the Site.

1. Definitions

   1. Seller - [Company Name], registered in accordance with the applicable laws of Ukraine, TIN [Seller's TIN], registered address [Seller's address].
   2. Customer - any natural or legal person who accepts the terms of this agreement and places an order for goods or services in the Seller's Internet store.
   3. Site - the website of the Internet store [URL].
   4. Administration - the administration of the website of the Internet store [URL]
   5. Product - the products (goods, services) of the Seller, displayed on the Site for sale.
   6. Offer - information about the product placed on the Site by the Seller, which includes its description, properties, price, payment methods, and delivery options.
   7. Order - a request to purchase a product or service made by the Customer through the Site or by calling the Seller's phone number.
   8. Parties - Seller, Customer.
   9. Public Offer - an offer from the Seller posted on the Site, addressed to an unlimited number of individuals and legal entities in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine. This public offer is a contract of accession, and, in accordance with Articles 633 and 634 of the Civil Code of Ukraine, its terms are determined by the Seller.

2. General Provisions

   1. This Public Offer is an official proposal from the Seller and contains all the necessary conditions for using the Site, as well as the possibility of transferring goods to the Customer.
   2. By placing an order for the Product on the Site, the Customer confirms their awareness and agreement with all the terms of this Public Offer.
   3. The Seller reserves the right to change the terms of this Public Offer by updating the text on the Site.
   4. The Seller reserves the right to change the content of the Offers on the Site: prices, availability, properties, etc.

3. Ordering the Product

   1. The Customer independently places an order for the Product through the Site or using any of the phone numbers provided by the Seller.
   2. During the ordering process, the Customer selects the method of payment for the goods, specifies the method of receiving the goods, and provides a mobile phone number and other contact information. The mobile phone number must be valid.
   3. The order is considered accepted for execution by the Customer and binding for the Seller after the Customer receives a confirmation of the order sent to the provided email address or phone number.
   4. The Customer has the right to cancel the order at any time but is obliged to notify the Seller of the cancellation of the order as soon as possible by phone, as indicated on the Site.
   5. The order is considered fulfilled after the Customer physically receives the goods. Upon receiving the goods, the Customer agrees to check the product for conformity, the presence of damage, and the completeness of the necessary documents (sales receipt, warranty certificate, acceptance certificate).

4. Product Delivery

   1. The terms of product delivery are specified by the Seller in the Delivery section.
   2. Delivery and shipment of products are carried out within the agreed-upon terms. The Seller has the right to propose different delivery conditions to the Customer.
   3. Upon receipt, the Customer is obligated to check the Product for quantity, quality, assortment, and completeness.
   4. The payment of the product to the courier or the signing of the waybill (bill of lading) by the Carrier Company serves as the acceptance of the product.
   5. The Customer has the right to refuse the product during its acceptance.

5. Payment for the Product

   1. The price for each Product is indicated on the Site. The Seller has the right to unilaterally change the prices of the Products.
   2. The Customer has the right to confirm or cancel the Order if the price has been changed by the Seller after placing the Order.
   3. The Customer's obligation to pay for the Product is considered fulfilled upon the receipt of funds to the Seller's settlement account.
   4. Settlements between the Seller and the Customer for the Product are made exclusively in the national currency, using the methods specified in the Payment section.

6. Warranty and Return of the Product

   1. Warranty and service of the Product are carried out within the framework of the current legislation.
   2. The Customer has the right to return the Product to the Seller. The terms and conditions of product returns are specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the Ukrainian Law on Consumer Rights Protection.

7. Responsibility of the Parties

   1. The Customer undertakes not to take actions that violate the laws of Ukraine, contradict international law norms, or actions that could disrupt the operation of the Site.
   2. The Customer voluntarily provides consent to the Site Administration for the collection and processing (accumulation, storage, retrieval, use, distribution, destruction) of the User's personal data, in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine, including but not limited to: last name, first name, patronymic, email, phone number, address, for the purpose of managing purchase-sale relations, protecting consumer rights, conducting advertising and marketing research, as well as gives consent for the transfer (distribution) of their data to carriers, transport and courier organizations, and other third parties, at the discretion of the Site Administration. This provision is valid for 5 years from the moment of processing the last order on the website.
   3. By accepting the terms of the Public Offer, the Customer also acknowledges being informed about and agreeing to the Data Privacy Policy, as well as the terms of this Agreement.
   4. By accepting the terms of the User Agreement, the Customer confirms that they are legally competent and have no restrictions on their legal capacity.
   5. Comments and other posts by the User on the Site should not contradict the requirements of Ukrainian legislation and generally accepted norms of morality and ethics.
   6. The Seller is not responsible for the actions of the Carrier, including the delivery timeframes, and the storage of the product.
   7. The Seller's responsibility for changes to the order conditions is limited to the Customer's right to refuse the order and demand a refund of the amount paid (if any).
   8. The responsibility for monetary transfers made by the Payees lies solely with the banks and payment systems that the Customer chooses to use. The Seller is not responsible for the actions of Processing Centers.
   9. The Customer is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided in the Order form. If incorrect, inaccurate, and/or incorrect data in the order results in additional expenses for the Seller, related to the delivery of the product to the wrong address or delivering the product to the wrong recipient, all associated losses and expenses are borne by the Customer.
   10. The Seller is not responsible for the functionality of the equipment on which the site is hosted, the availability of the Site, the operation of data transmission channels, and other technical means for providing Users with access to the Site.
   11. The Seller is not responsible for any damage caused to the Customer as a result of improper use of the Product.

8. Final Provisions

   1. In case of disputes or disagreements, the Parties seek to resolve them through negotiations. In case it is impossible to reach an agreement, disputes are resolved in accordance with the current legislation.
   2. All rights to the Site as a whole and the use of the network address (domain name) [URL] belong to the Seller.
   3. The Customer is familiar with and agrees to the terms of this agreement.
